Congratulations to Sharmila Patel on Her Selection to the Leadership Franklin Class of 2026–2027

The TMA Group is proud to congratulate Sharmila Patel on being selected for the Leadership Franklin Class of 2026–2027.

Leadership Franklin is a respected ten-month leadership development program that brings together professionals from across Williamson County to explore the issues, opportunities, and partnerships that shape our community. Throughout the program, participants engage with topics including government, land resources, economic development, education, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with fellow community leaders.

Sharmila’s selection reflects her commitment to leadership and service, and we are excited to see the impact she will make throughout the program.

Her participation also represents an exciting milestone for The TMA Group. Sharmila becomes our fourth Leadership Franklin alum, joining Debbie Henry, Diane Thorne, and Chase Harper in representing our organization through this outstanding leadership program.
