Now Hiring: Transit Operations Customer Care Specialist

The TMA Group/Franklin Transit Authority is hiring for a Transit Operations Customer Care Specialist.

By joining the TMA Group in this position, you will help provide transit services through Franklin Transit to the residents of the city of Franklin, Tennessee.

Applicants for this position should be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of customers by understanding their unique needs and helping them find solutions.

As a customer care specialist, you will be collaborating with a team of mobility professionals to answer questions and arrange transportation solutions for the community of Franklin.

This position requires both telephone and in-person communication with customers. Responsibilities will include arranging pickup times and informing customers on how to use the Franklin Transit system.

While most time will be spent in the office, a portion of the time will be spent outside the office introducing the community to the Franklin Transit service and promoting the benefits of transit.

Requirements for the position include:

● College degree or equivalent experience.

● Two year of customer experience is preferred.

● Call center experience is preferred.

● Applicants should have excellent people skills and consider themselves a team player.
