TODD provides pre-arranged curb-to-curb pick-up and drop-off service as well as all-day, same-day access to the Franklin Trolleys. Service Beginning April 23!

Reservations Required
Reservations are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis with priority given to ADA individuals. Reservations may be made from two weeks to two hours prior to requested service date and time.

Scheduling
Reservations may be made in person Monday-Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm at the Transit Center, 708 Columbia Avenue or by calling TODD at 628-3344. Acceptance of reservation is subject to availability.

Fares: TODD fares are zone-based.

Zone 2 - the area within 3/4 mile of the trolley route.
$2.50 per person - per one-way trip (A one-way trip is a single pick-up and drop-off). Fare also includes all-day, same-day access to the Franklin Trolleys.
$5.00 per person - round trip.

Zone3 - the area from 3/4 mile to 2 1/2 miles of the trolley route.
$6.00 first person (primary) - roundtrip; $2.00 for each additional person at the same pick-up and return destination with prior reservation. Fare also includes all-day, same-day access to the Franklin Trolleys.

All TODD vehicles are ADA accessible and can accommodate eight to twelve passengers.

TODD may arrive at the designated pick-up location thirty (30) minutes before or after the reservation time.
