Where to Catch the Trolley
Every Franklin Trolley stop is identified by a trolley bus stop sign. Occasionally there is a shelter, and sometimes a bench, but there is always a sign.

Boarding and Paying Your Fare
Be ready to deposit your money (exact fare only), ticket or pass into the fare box.

Ask for a Transfer
If you will be transferring to another vehicle ask the driver for a transfer when you pay your fare.

Take a Seat or Stand
If all the seats are full, stand behind the driver's partition and hold on to the straps. Do not stand or sit in stairwells.

Request Stop
Pull the bell cord prior to your stop to inform the driver that you would like to exit.
