SHUTTLE SERVICE TO 150th ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF FRANKLIN RE-ENACTMENT NOVEMBER 15 & 16

Franklin, TN – In partnership with the Battle of Franklin Trust, the Franklin Transit Authority will be running shuttle service to the re-enactment events being held on the Eastern Flank Battlefield Park, adjacent to Carnton Plantation, on November 15 and 16.

 

The two satellite parking locations serviced by the shuttle service will be at the Park at Harlinsdale Farm and at the Carter House. The shuttle service will run from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM both days. Once the re-enactment is complete, the shuttle service will run from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM both days and return spectators to the two satellite parking locations.

 

The shuttle service is available to ticket holders to the re-enactment. Only ticket holders will be allowed into the Park on event days.  All on-line sales and over-the-phone sales have ended to the event.  Presently, a limited number of tickets are available and can be purchased in person at the Carter House or Carnton Plantation.

 

All spectators must be on-site by 12:30 PM in order to view the battle re-enactment. No admittance to the site will take place from 12:30 PM to the end of the re-enactment, which will last approximately 60 minutes.
